How We Ship


You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

Orders take approximately 1-3 business days to ship, sometimes a little longer if item is in the final stage of production.
Custom Sizing will take an addition 3-5 business days

You will receive an email from us the day we ship your order with either delivery confirmation or tracking  number.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice.
 International Shipments are by USPS International Priority Express or USPS International Airmail, to the following locations:
Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Others.

Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order and your location, excluding applicable sales tax.
We do everything in our power to make sure your order makes it to you.
Nothing on the outside of your package indicates it's contents.
If your package is lost, we will assist you and expedite your claim with any carrier.
USPS shipped orders will fit into a standard mail box slot.
Orders over $50. may require a signature.
Jamming Gems uses Recycled Packaging whenever possible.

Credit Card Acceptance

Jamming Gems  accepts credit cards for payment online at our own discretion.
We may require additional information from Card Holder prior to shipment.
All Credit Card transactions are run in real time with 256 bit encryption to protect the Card Holder.

Orders to Dealers

Our Minimum Dealer order is $75.00. We will accept Dealer Pricing orders for less than $75.00.
We will add a $10.00 Processing Fee to cover our Labor costs associated with your order.


International Customs Fees


Any and all Custom or Brokerage fee's are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check your laws and with your Countries Customs office for any charges which may be by due.
Jamming Gems is not responsible for any custom or brokerage charges.


Address Correction Fees


The
customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate addresses on their order.
UPS will assess shippers a $10-$15 address correction fee, for reasons including but not limited to incorrect zip codes or missing apartment numbers.
These charges are the responsibility of the Customer. When shipping UPS the customer agrees not to re-route the shipment.
In the event a customer re-routes a shipment and UPS charges Jamming Gems for package re-routing,
these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Jamming Gems will charge the customer for these fees,
and provide proof that the courier assessed such charges to Jamming Gems.
Any package returned to Jamming Gems - "Undeliverable as addressed" will be charged shipping again,
prior to re-shipment of package. Any package refused for any reason will be treated as a return and subject to any associated fees.


Delivery Title and Risk of Costs


Jamming Gems shall in no event be liable for any direct,

indirect, special, consequential or any other damages caused to buyer due to a
delay in, failure of, errors in, or damage during the shipments of these goods.


Limits of Liability


In no event or circumstance shall Jamming Gems in any way be liable for

any loss, risk of loss, or damage, either direct or in direct, or for any
direct or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of any product
contained on the face of this document. Jamming Gems shall not be responsible for
loss of income, potential income, data, or information or damage to any item as
a result of the use, misuse or failure of any items listed or described on the
face hereof.

Precious Metals Pricing

Due to wide fluctuations in the precious metals market, Prices are subject to change without notice. 
We are not responsible for typographical errors due to or caused by an employee error or data corruption.
