We do everything in our power to make sure your package arrives to you safely.
Nothing on the outside of the package denotes it contents.
Our packages are tamper proof for your protection.
If it looks like your package was tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us
We used recycled packaging material whenever possible.
Claims for Shortage-Damage
Any claims for shortages or damage in shipping, must be reported by the
buyer within 7 days of receipt of goods, or the minimum number of days
allowed by law, whichever is greater. We do quality check our items
prior to shipping. If your item is damaged, please contact us
either by phone, during regular business hours or by e-mail on our
contact page (link available below and at the top of any page).
How to Cancel an Order
We do not accept order cancellations via email.
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. You cannot cancel a Ring sizing, setting/polishing without calling and checking your order status as these are in different levels of finishing.
Once Sizing - Setting or polishing are started they cannot be cancelled.
Please call during regular business hours to cancel your order. If you can't call during regular business hours, leave a message with your phone number and a good time to call and we will contact you.
You will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days as long as your order can be cancelled.

Return of Merchandise Time frame
You can return most items for Refund or Exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
All items must be in there original baggies with the order number included in return.
The following cannot be returned for refund or exchange
- Items
that you have attempted to set or have been altered in any way from the
original state it was sent. If you choose to return an item that you've
attempted to set, that can't be resold you will only receive scrap
value based on the gold price, on the day we receive your return.
- Items
that have been customized for you. This includes ring sizing, setting,
polishing, or any other customizations that change the original state of
the item.
- Any custom orders made specifically for you. (Cut gemstones, custom jewelry/settings)

Our Regular Office Hours are Mon-Fri 10am-5pm Central Time.
ALL Items Returned for Refund are subject to a Restocking Fee up to 10%.
Exchanged or replacement items of equal value have no restocking fee.
Returns that cause an orders total to go below the total sale necessary
for free shipping, will be charged our regular shipping charge and will
be deducted from that return.
Returns that cause an orders total to go below the total price necessary
for free product, will be charged for that free product based on our
regular product price for that product and will be deducted from that
return.
Shipping/Handling is non-refundable on any order.
How to Return Merchandise
All Returns should be insured for value and have a valid RMA # on the outside of the package.
Any packages without a valid RMA # on the outside of the package will not be accepted and returned to sender.
All Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be
shipped in packaging similar to what they were sent in.(either padded
envelopes or a box)
Do not use regular envelopes for returns, this will damage the products and they may be returned to you from the post office.
Delivery Title and Risk of Costs
Jamming Gems shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect,
special, consequential or any other damages caused to buyer due to a
delay in, failure of, errors in, or damage during the shipments of these
goods.
Credit Card Acceptance
Jamming Gems accepts credit cards for payment online at our own discretion.
We may require additional information from Card Holder prior to shipment.
All Credit Card transactions are run in real time with 256 bit encryption to protect the Card Holder.
Limits of Liability
In no event or circumstance shall Jamming Gems in any way be liable for
any loss, risk of loss, or damage, either direct or in direct, or for any
direct or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of any product
contained on the face of this document. Jamming Gems shall not be responsible for
loss of income, potential income, data, or information or damage to any item as
a result of the use, misuse or failure of any items listed or described on the
face hereof.
Precious Metals Pricing
Due to wide fluctuations in the precious metals market, Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for typographical errors due to or caused by an employee error or data corruption.
