If you’ve purchased a finished piece from us featuring a lab-grown diamond or natural gemstone set in sterling silver, you can upgrade to a gold version. We will apply a credit from your original purchase toward the upgrade when you send it back to us for resetting. If you have taken advantage of our Free Sterling Silver mounting with a purchase of a lab created diamond, you can still take advantage of this upgrade! (there just won’t be a credit applied towards the purchase of the gold mounting)

Eligibility

• Your original purchase must be a finished item purchased directly from us. (This can be from a jewelry category or an item you had us set and polish)

• The gemstone or lab diamond must still be in good condition and suitable for resetting.

Upgrade Options

• Upgrade to your choice of 10kt or 14kt gold in yellow, white, or rose (rose available in 14kt only).

• The same stone will be reset into the new gold mounting.

• If you wish to upgrade the stone at the same time, additional options may be available—just let us know!

Credit Value

• You will receive a credit equal to the original mounting cost (excluding the gemstone cost, and any taxes) toward the new gold item.

• A credit will be applied to your account, then you will be able to purchase the gold mounting for resetting.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us. We recommend insured shipping for your peace of mind. 

• Return shipping of the upgraded gold item is included with your new purchase.

Timing

• Most upgrades are completed within 1 – 2 weeks from when we receive your original item(s), depending on the style and any changes needed to the design.
