We do everything in our power to make sure your package arrives to you safely.
Nothing on the outside of the package denotes it contents.
Our packages are tamper proof for your protection.
If it looks like your package was tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us
We use recycled packaging material whenever possible.

Shipping Costs and Options

We offer several shipping options, which you can see in your cart or at checkout. Our base shipping fee for USPS Ground Advantage is $5.49.

Claims for Shortage-Damage

Any claims for shortages or damage in shipping, must be reported by the buyer within 7 days of receipt of goods, or the minimum number of days allowed by law, whichever is greater. We do quality check our items prior to shipping. If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact us either by phone, during regular business hours or on our contact page or messaging via facebook.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please send a message from our contact page or call us toll-free at 800-903-4367 during our phone hours. We do not accept order cancellations via email.

You may request an order cancellation as long as your order has not been processed and shipped. Once setting, polishing, or CAD work is in progress, these services cannot be fully refunded.

You can call during regular business hours (10 AM – 4 PM Central) to cancel your order. If you are unable to call during these hours, leave a message with your phone number and a convenient time for us to call you back, and we will contact you.

Once we receive your return, you will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 1-2 business days.

Return of Merchandise Time frame

You can return most items for Refund or Exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
All items must be in there original baggies with the order number included in return.

 

Return Policy for Used or Altered Items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way from their original state as mailed to you are subject to specific return conditions.
  • If you return an item that you have attempted to set, worn, or damaged, you will receive only a percentage of its scrap value based on the gold or silver spot price on the day we receive your return.
  • Customized items can be returned, but any services rendered, such as CAD work, setting, and polishing, are non-refundable.

  • All items returned for a refund are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
  • Store credit, exchanges, or replacement items of equal or greater value are not subject to a restocking fee.
  • If a return reduces the order total below the threshold for free shipping or coupon eligibility, the regular shipping charge or product price will be deducted from the refund.
  • If a return reduces the order total below the threshold for receiving a free product, the regular price of the free product will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to Return Merchandise

  • Ensure all returns are insured for their value and have a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Packages without a valid RMA number on the outside will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and shipped in packaging similar to what they were originally sent in, such as padded envelopes or boxes.
  • Do not use regular envelopes for returns, as this can damage the products. Damaged items may be returned to you by the post office.

Delivery Title and Risk of Costs

Jamming Gems shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or any other damages caused to buyer due to a delay in, failure of, errors in, or damage during the shipments of these goods.

Credit Card Acceptance

At Jamming Gems, we prioritize your security. We do not store your credit card information on our web or office servers. Our payment processor only provides us with the last four digits of your card, along with confirmation that your CVV number and address match your bank’s records.

We accept credit card payments online at our discretion and may request additional information from the cardholder before processing the shipment.

Limits of Liability

In no event or circumstance shall Jamming Gems in any way be liable for
any loss, risk of loss, or damage, either direct or in direct, or for any
direct or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of any product
contained on the face of this document. Jamming Gems shall not be responsible for
loss of income, potential income, data, or information or damage to any item as
a result of the use, misuse or failure of any items listed or described on the
face hereof.

Due to wide fluctuations in the precious metals market, Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for typographical errors due to or caused by an employee error or data corruption.
